The items that are shown on the site are copyright of Bestow Productions and the client. Any use without the consent of Bestow Productions and the client is strictly prohibited.

The project is a jointly owned property. The client owns the final edits of the spot to broadcast anywhere of their choosing. Additional beta tapes can be purchased to keep or to be sent out on your behalf. The client will also receive a VHS/DVD or e-mail copy of the ad. Bestow Productions reserves the right to use the ad for self-promotion and may show it as a production example to other potential clients. The contents of the completed commercial (except for the music bed) are solely for the use of the client and can't be reused for other clients selling the same or similar product.

When payment is made in full for the project, the client is entitled to all elements used to make the ad, including a copy of the RAW footage (dub fee applies). The exception is for voice over, music bed and some graphics (as per contract with Bestow Productions and other companies sub-contracted by Bestow Productions).

Bestow Productions can an edited version without music bed (unless music bed is provided by the client), voice-over and/or text overlays on industry standard tape, for a small fee.
